Palmaria Restaurant boasts a magnificent view of the village of Porto Venere and towards Palmaria Island and 50 meters from the small port from which ferries leave for Cinque Terre and the other magnificent resorts of the Riviera Ligure di Levante.
Palmaria Restaurant wants to represent an opportunity for the entire territory, a real hub of gastronomic culture, capable of generating new ideas and attracting different experiences. In the groove of tradition, but with its gaze open to the horizon outlined by our beautiful sea, the gourmet offer of Palmaria is proposed as a landing place of different cultures.
The preference for light cooking, able to return the product in purity, the choice of organic raw materials will remain our strong point. The expansion of the vegetarian menu and gluten free proposals will welcome the excellence of neighboring regions. The Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and Liguria, with their gastronomic pearls, will remain the main sources of inspiration.
Palmaria Restaurant, which is a member of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), is attentive to the specific needs of its customers and also offers gluten-free menus. The complete exclusion of gluten from the diet is not easy to achieve since non-permitted grains are found in many traditional Italian dishes, but the awareness and professionalism of our chefs' team are able to offer a menu specifically designed for our customers.
The vegetarian menu and the inclusion of gluten free offerings; all with preference for organic products, zero-mile catch and excellence from neighboring regions offers a comprehensive overview for food lovers.
