GENERAL
The Porto Venere Card is a services card issued by Consorzio Turistico Portovenere with headquarters in La Spezia (SP), Via Fontevivo 19, C.F. and P.IVA 01515210118.
The Issuer aims to reward Customers visiting Porto Venere with opportunities to take advantage of exclusive services and benefits through the Porto Venere Card, particularly in terms of discounts on goods and services.

ADDRESSEES
The Porto Venere Card may be purchased by people over the age of 18 considered consumers according to Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.
ISSUANCE AND ACTIVATION
The Porto Venere Card is sold by merchants authorized by the Consortium bearing the Porto Venere Card emblem.
To activate the card, the Cardholder must write his or her name and surname on the back of the card.
The data provided by the Cardholder will be treated by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 Privacy Code) as specified in the information provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.
COUNTERFEITING
The Issuer or the staff of the participating businesses reserve the right to check the validity of the card presented and to refuse counterfeit cards or cards that have been manipulated/altered.
In the event of counterfeiting or alteration, the Cardholder is not be entitled to any of the Card’s benefits.
USE
The Porto Venere Card is strictly for personal use and cannot be transferred to third parties, nor used by persons other than the Cardholder. During any transaction at a Partner location, the Cardholder is required to show the Porto Venere Card to staff.
In the event that the Issuer found a fraudulent or incorrect use of the CARD or incorrect communication of mandatory personal data, the Issuer can disable the Porto Venere Card without notice, canceling and requesting the return of any benefits acquired illegally.
It is forbidden to use the CARD for purposes other than those provided for in this Regulation.
EXPIRATION, REPLACEMENT, DATA MODIFICATIONS
The Porto Venere Card is valid for 7 days from the date of activation written in pen in the space provided on the back of the card.
The Issuer has the right to limit, revoke or possibly extend the validity of the CARD at any time and for any reason. Updates will be considered known and acknowledged by the holder 8 days after their publication on the website www.visitportovenere.com.
DISCOUNTS
Porto Venere Cardholders are entitled to discounts on goods and services at participating merchants.

FREE PARKING SERVICE
The parking service included in the Porto Venere Card is valid for one calendar day for one car. It may only be redeemed at Parking del Golfo located in Cavo.
The service is not available in other parking areas in Porto Venere.
The service is subject to availability. The service is not subject to reimbursement in case of voluntary non-use or in case of unavailability of spaces due to the presence of other vehicles.
REGULATION VALIDITY
This Regulation may be amended or integrated by the Issuer at any time. Updates will be published on www.visitportovenere.com and will be considered known and acknowledged by Cardholders 8 days after publication or with subsequent use of the Porto Venere Card.
This Regulation may be amended or supplemented at any time by the Issuer with subsequent updates that will be considered known and accepted by the holder 8 days after their publication on the website www.visitportovenere.com and in any case with the subsequent use of the Porto Venere Card.
The Issuer reserves the right to extend or revoke the validity of these Regulations at any time and for any reason.
MISCELLANEOUS
Disputes arising, connected and/or resulting from these Regulations will be subject to attempted settlement to be made before the conciliation body established by the CCIAA Riviere di Liguria.
In the event that settlement is not reached, the competent court for disputes will be La Spezia, in compliance with the criteria established by civil procedure code.
